Ami Simms is a hoot. Read her weblog entry about the Yo-Yo Sisterhood of the Traveling Panties. Yep. Each spring she tries to set aside time to hand-dye some panties. Why? Because they make her smile all year long. You must admit. There's a quirky sort of good reasoning there. And on this long rainy weekend when I'm not sewing, but filling, sanding, caulking and priming I'm kind of wishing I had some to to cheer me up as well.This year Ami's taking it even a step further. She's offering to dye your panties! Well ok. That could be kind of extra special. Hand-dyed panties by Ami Simms. I'm an Ami fan, how about you? Hmmmmmm. Will they be autographed though? And will I be able to show them off at bees and guild meetings? I can just see it now. I'll hold up my latest quilt for Show and Tell and during the polite applause I'll drop my jeans to show off my Hand-Dyed Ami Simms Autographed Originals! LOL I'm sure there would be noteriety involved. I just wonder which kind. *giggle*
Sigh... Bright fun thoughts on a cold dull mucky rainy day.

If you really want my name on your butt, I'll autography your undies. Just be sure to include a note when you send them in.
And I was thinking there would be plenty of notoriety even if all you did was hold up and mention your unmentionables. No need to drop your drawers at Show & Tell.
