I had trouble too and worked it out in Chrome on my PC. Once you have dragged them into the correct order, at the very bottom right hand corner of the screen there are save and preview icon buttons. Not at all where you expect it. I hope this helps.
So sorry you are struggling Katie. Perhaps try it another day. Maybe the site is down or something. I changed mine around earlier today with no problem. Are you dragging them and then it won't save?
Computer problems are so frustrating, do hope you come up with a solution soon.
